Five minutes to Heaven ? yes and here's how you get there .. Brew a little pot of earl grey tea, m ake up a batch of honey syrup, (you can do this by heating honey in water until it has dissolved and cool in the fridge). Pop two measures of ENNIS and you tea and Syrup into a cocktail shaker , add a little ice , then shake it! and strain it ! into a glass and a dd a little sprig of lavender to garnish and you are almost in heaven ! The Ennis scientists mapped out just how alcohol achieves some of these positive effects, and searched for native Irish plants with active compounds that would taste great but help people relax and socialise safely. The journey took them to Ireland’s wild Atlantic coast where there’s virtually no pollution for 2000 miles.
