STEP 1
Bruise a few cardamom pods , then slice a little cucumber.
Put the pods and cucumber into a big glass and add a large measure of ENNIS and a little rosemary.
Leave in a cool place for 30 minutes.
To serve, simply strain and pour 50ml into a glass (top it of with tonic water to your taste) and add lots of ice, and garnish with a few more mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
