ENNIS in a Earl Grey Mocktail Go ON

Five minutes to Heaven ? yes and here's how you get there ..
Brew a little pot of earl grey tea,
make up a batch of honey syrup,
(you can do this by heating honey in water until it has dissolved and cool in the fridge).
Pop two measures of ENNIS and you tea and Syrup into a cocktail shaker ,
add a little ice ,
then shake it! and strain it ! into a glass
and add a little sprig of lavender to garnish
and you are almost in heaven !
