ENNIS - Ireland’s first naturally uplifting, alcohol-free botanical drink. 

                         ENNIS was created by  Dr Aine Nic an Riogh and Dr Margarida Altas  working with herbalists

                        and mixologists,  together they invented a drink that delivers stimulation and

 a connection with pleasure and an elevated mood .

 The Ennis team mapped out just how alcohol achieves some of these positive effects,

                                                              and searched for native Irish plants with active compounds that would taste great,

enhancing one's mood and that would help people relax

and socialise safely.  These Native Irish plants have long been used to help lift the spirits and relax the mood,

and are of course found at the end of every Irish rainbow! 

The flavours of ENNIS are bittersweet, spicy and wonderfully unique.

Ennis can be enjoyed on the rocks,  in mocktails, or just sipped clean at home while relaxing after a long day.
